Samos aeroport is located near to Pythagorio, and are daily air links with Athens and weekly with Thessaloniki. During the tourist period there are charter flights from various European countries.

PORTS
Vathy and Karlovasi are the main ports of Samos. The coastal link with Samos, Cyclades and Piraeus is daily while there is a link with the islands of South Aegean Sea and Dodecanesos.
Samos also connects daily with Kousandasi of Turkey almost the whole year.
